About Figaro Group

Figaro Group is a creative events agency, specializing in large-scale performances, themed costume rentals, and event decor. For over two decades, the company has brought cultural heritage and theatrical artistry to life through immersive celebrations and creative productions.

The goal of the redesign was to modernize Figaro’s digital presence while preserving its classical elegance. The previous website was visually outdated and lacked structure for showcasing services, events, and the creative team behind them. Our task was to create a refined online experience that reflects the company’s legacy and professionalism while making it easier for clients to explore and book services.

Steps of the Project

We divided the project into multiple milestones and phases, each carefully planned to guarantee on-time and accurate completion.

  1. Research, Copywriting, and Prototyping

    Low-fidelity layouts were created after extensive research to test content flow before moving into the visual design stage. The website content was also prepared.

  2. Visual Identity and UI Design

    We developed a clean, empathetic, and user-friendly design that reflects the social and communal aspects of the project.

  3. Website Development

    Clean, semantic HTML/CSS with animations and transitions for interactivity. CMS integration for easy content management (support for multiple admins). Donation flow connected to existing or new payment infrastructure.

  4. Testing & Optimization

    Accessibility tested (WCAG AA level), including keyboard navigation and color contrast. Performance optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Responsive behavior reviewed on phones and tablets used by the target visitor demographic.

Site map

Based on the research and project requirements, we designed a site map, wireframes, and prototypes for each page. In total, we created 7 pages for the website based on the site map.

Typography, Colors & UI

We chose a combination of Cormorant Garamond for titles and Montserrat for body text. The serif font adds classical refinement suitable for the company’s cultural tone, while Montserrat provides modern readability and contrast.

Design Concept

We designed a refined and expressive interface that captures the elegance of classical performance culture. The layout combines ornamental typography with spacious layouts and rich imagery, allowing the visual identity to reflect both tradition and creativity.


Every detail supports a luxurious yet accessible browsing experience that aligns with the spirit of celebration Figaro is known for.

Copywriting

The text was rewritten to sound clear, engaging, and confident. We highlighted achievements, longevity, and creativity while ensuring accessibility and warmth in tone. The messaging invites potential clients to trust Figaro’s expertise and passion for event artistry.
